Our delivery services are currently limited to select areas within Rourkela, Odisha. You can check serviceability by entering your pincode on our website.
2. Operating Hours
We accept and process orders from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Any orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
We are a quick commerce service and aim to deliver your order within 30 minutes of confirmation. While we do our best to meet this timeline, delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
5. Delivery Process
- Our delivery executive will contact you upon arrival at your location.
- For COD orders, please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our executive will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.
