1. Cancellation Policy

  • By Customer: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support.
  • By Discount Mart: We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if your location is unserviceable, or for any other reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if the payment was made online.

2. Return and Refund Policy

We have a strict return policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, especially for food and grocery items.

Eligibility for Return

  • You may be eligible for a return if you have received a wrong or damaged product. Please inform our delivery executive or customer support immediately upon delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted for the following:
    • Any food item where the packet has been opened or the seal is broken.
    • Any product that has been used or damaged by the customer after delivery.

Refund Process

  • If a return is accepted, you can choose to have the product replaced or receive a refund.
  • For all eligible returns, the refund will be processed after 24 hours from the time we have successfully received the returned product at our store.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition for the refund to be processed.
  • For online payments, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. For COD orders, the refund may be provided through a bank transfer or store credit.
